Consultative Supervision

Consultative supervision is a supportive and confidential service offered to counsellors, management, or people who find themselves in a stressful or demanding job.
The aims of consultative supervision are to provide a safe space to offload, a time to reflect and explore work related issues in a constructive revitalising way.
A session of supervision can leave the supervisee feeling validated with restored confidence in their own abilities to meet the challenges within the work place environment.

Research has shown that good supervision contributes to job satisfaction.
