About Me - Sandie Welch

Established experienced counsellor in private practice for over 20 years.

In the late 70’s early 80’s there was an exciting progressive movement towards counselling, self development and alternative therapies.
One such place that offered an extensive programme of experiential courses and workshop was Albro Castle at St Dogmals near Cardigan and this is where I started my own journey of self development.
It was through attending many courses and workshops as well as personal counselling that made me decide that this was the career path I wanted to take.

The knowledge I have gained through my own life experience as well as my formal training enables me to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to the counselling work I undertake with clients.

This includes many different theories and counselling models such as Person Centred, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychosynthesis, Art Images, Coaching and Hypnotherapy.
